Code of conduct
On this page
We want participation in this project to be rigorous, candid, and safe.
Expected behavior
- Critique ideas, specifications, and evidence without attacking people.
- State assumptions and conflicts of interest.
- Make room for contributors with different levels of standards and domain experience.
- Treat security, privacy, accessibility, and harmful-use concerns as technical requirements.
- Preserve disagreement accurately; do not manufacture consensus.
- Respect confidential information and do not post customer or employer data without permission.
Unacceptable behavior
- harassment, threats, discrimination, or sexualized conduct;
- deliberate intimidation or sustained personal disruption;
- publishing another person's private information;
- bad-faith manipulation of reviews or governance;
- knowingly submitting material without the right to license it; or
- using project channels to expose credentials, private packs, or security vulnerabilities.
Enforcement
Report conduct concerns privately to the project maintainers through the organization contact mechanism. Maintainers may warn, moderate, temporarily restrict, or permanently remove a participant when necessary to protect the community.
Enforcement decisions should be documented internally, handled consistently, and avoid unnecessary disclosure about reporters or affected people.
